Parent/carers consultation on Shortbeaks activities in Rotherham

Rotherhams short breaks service are asking for views from parents of children/young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities on their experiences of accessing short breaks.

Short breaks are a positive activity for disabled children and young people with or without their primary carers. Short breaks could include going to youth clubs, after school clubs, scouts or staying at a short breaks overnight stay.

There will be a prize draw for a £50 Meadowhall voucher as a thank you for completing this questionnaire.
